6 Courses Cancellation Policies

6.1 If there be exceptional circumstances these will be handle within the Academy `s discretions.

6.2 Any deposit paid for any course is non-refundable as booking a place.

6.3 If you are an international student requiring visa to study in the UK and you make application to Nollywood Academy London in good faith where it become unsuccessful, we will refund full amount paid, including the deposit if any to you on presentation identifiable documents.

6.4 You may cancel your place for refund, less the 55% deposit, on all courses for which you have paid a fee, whereby the cancellation is received in writing at 7 weeks before the first day of that course .if you cancel your booked place 6 weeks or less before the start of the course you are liable to pay in full.

6.5 We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time and include start date of the course. Where this situation occurs we will communicate to you 2 weeks notice and to give you an option to place another course or refund of your full fee or place at a future running course.

7 Intellectual Properties

7.1 All course product, materials and even services include developed ones are properties or remain ownership of Nollywood Academy London

7.2 Any person or persons are free to exploit your developed materials as you deemed fit and we can render assistance in any capacity.

8 Exclusion and Limitation Liability

8.1 we recommend that nothing in any way excludes or restrict our liability for negligence causing fraudulent misrepresentation, causing death or personal injury which may not be legally restricted or in any way affect consumers statutory right, which this section and any other terms excluding or limiting our liability which applies to all our directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, subsidiary and affiliated companies as well as we Nollywood Academy London.

9 Our General

9.1 All terms and conditions in this entire agreement is between you and us regarding your booking ,purchase and the use of other related product and services .You agree that any other communication ,direct or indirect you with the Academy did not affect your decision to book a place on and consequently attend a course .Failure by we (Academy) to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid ,and the parties have agree the court should give effect to the parties intentions as written in the provision as all other provisions remain effective.
