1 Our right:

1.2 Nollywood Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without any notice.

1.3 The use of our website in these areas booking, purchase of your courses and other related services represents your agreement to these terms and conditions .your consumer right is not affected by this agreement.

1.4 Nollywood Academy is entitled to reply on your booking and all payments in good faith.

2 The Booking and Purchase of Courses or other related services

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to the purchase, booking or use of any course, related product or services provided by Nollywood Academy .

2.2 All information’s related to product and services are subject change without any notice.

2.3 Any content in our courses is subject to change without any notice.

3 Terms Guiding our Booking and Payments

3.1 All short courses must be paid in full and all Nollywood Home students to be able to secure a place.

3.2 All full time courses 55% of deposit must be paid 3 weeks after we notified you that your application has been successful that enables you to secure a course place.

3.3 You acknowledge that on booking a place on a course we reserve the right to do all that is required to plan for your participation on the course ,also you acknowledge that this may extend to acquiring any additional materials, equipments ,securing and even restructing the delivery of the courses to accommodate your placement.

3.4 All students from outside the European Union on arrival must provide the Academy with two relevant references and a copy of your police completed form .Failure to comply with these directives will result to cancellation of your course.

4 Personal Data

4.1 All personal information colleted from you is subject to our privacy policy.

5 Courses and Fees

5.1 All courses are inclusive of value added tax which means that the courses attract this fee.

5.2 Nollywood Academy reviews the courses pricing annually and any changes in this effect will be publish on our website.

5.3 All our fees are exclusive on any money transfer charges or exchange rate deductions. Should we suffer any loss from transaction charges, exchange rate variation or other deductions we reserve the right to charge you as appropriate.

5.4 All payments on credit card will attract a 2% additional administration fee on the amount to be paid .payment by debit card will not attract any fee.

5.5 we will try to ensure that you receive a place for course which you have paid for in full .However we cannot provide you a place in any unlikely event that we are unable to provide you with a place on a course which you paid a fee we will offer you an option of a refund of the fee up to date or a place in other courses that may be of interest to you.

5.6 Any late payment as a result of clause 5.3 will attract 15% additional fee to cover our administration costs.
