The Actors Guild of Nigeria under the great leadership of its president Ejike Asiegbu one of the notable actors in Nollywood, over the years have been the binding frame work of the Nigeria actors and actresses in Nigeria film industry.

This accredited association since inception has tremendously done well in all areas of the industry in creating standard of excellence in the film industry.

One of the functions is to provide healthy relationship and continuous liaison between the actors and the producers for a relevant and responsive practice in operational demands of the Nigeria film industry.

Investment: this association have achieved over the years without the government or foreign investment, none these have hinded the association from achieving its success.

Piracy: this area have become a daily concern to the association and it has sourced solutions in different ways with the co-operation of government agencies .The turnover from the film production have been low as part of this reason ,producers and marketers have this as a major problem.
